Ghady Kanaan

Hey guys! My name is Ghady Kanaan and I am a senior pursuing a Traditional Chemistry (BS) major with a minor in math. In addition, I am on a pre-med track with hopes to become a physician with a focus on rural medicine. I am originally from Lebanon, but my family moved to the US in 2014. I graduated from North Laurel High School in 2018, but I currently reside in Northern Kentucky.

In addition to being an ambassador for the College of Arts & Sciences, I am also a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity which I serve as their chaplain, I am also involved in Transformative Learning as a tutor for general and organic chemistry. I am also a volunteer my time at the Refuge Clinic here in Lexington. In my free time, you can find me playing the piano at one of the free practice rooms UK has to offer.

Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about involvement, academics, or any question you might have
