See beautiful and intriguing scenes of ordinary Chinese rural life, including weddings, and street performances. A native of Xian, China and a staff photographer for the Northwest institute of Research of Hydroelectric Power, Mr. Zhang enjoyed taking artistic photos of people in various cultural setting and landscapes in his free time. His photos have been exhibited around the world and he was the recipient of the “Outstanding Photography” award at the International Photographers Association Conference at Washington, DC in 2004. Mr. Zhang now makes his home in the United States and has started taking photos of American people.
